That is why we design AI journeys as coherent programs over time: with a shared foundation, role-specific deepening, and guidance at team and organizational level.

We put this vision into practice ourselves through an organization-wide program for AI-Augmented Engineering. In this program, we embed AI in daily work, engineering, knowledge work, craftsmanship, governance, and responsible use.
This program is deliberately not a fixed curriculum. AI develops too quickly for that. We continuously recalibrate learning paths and connect new possibilities directly to practice. When agentic AI suddenly affected how teams design and build, we trained around 350 developers in Claude Agentic AI within two months. That adaptive capability is a prerequisite for successful AI adoption.
Every professional has a different role in AI adoption. That is why we offer learning paths tailored to different responsibilities: from foundational knowledge and responsible use to business value, software development, and leadership.
Training is an important step, but real AI adoption only emerges when teams keep applying AI in their daily work. With Formula AI, Info Support helps organizations accelerate and activate AI adoption within teams.
