Sustainable and successful AI adoption does not happen by introducing professionals to a tool once. It requires awareness, practical application, new routines, and leadership that makes change possible.
That is why we design AI journeys as coherent programs over time: with a shared foundation, role-specific deepening, and guidance at team and organizational level.

How we put AI into practice
We put this vision into practice ourselves through an organization-wide program for AI-Augmented Engineering. In this program, we embed AI in daily work, engineering, knowledge work, craftsmanship, governance, and responsible use.
This program is deliberately not a fixed curriculum. AI develops too quickly for that. We continuously recalibrate learning paths and connect new possibilities directly to practice. When agentic AI suddenly affected how teams design and build, we trained around 350 developers in Claude Agentic AI within two months. That adaptive capability is a prerequisite for successful AI adoption.
