What are your course conditions/general terms and conditions?
When do the training sessions start and end?
Standard training times are from 9 am to 4 pm. Deviating times will be communicated in advance.
Can I become certified at Info Support?

Can I choose to follow a training remote or in-class?
Yes, the choice is yours. We explain the differences here.
What kind of certificate or attestation will I receive after a training course?
At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate of participation.
Is there Wifi available at the training location?
Yes, the code can be obtained at the location.
Is lunch included in a training?
Yes, lunch is included for a training of at least one day.
Can my dietary requirements be catered for lunch?
Yes, you can indicate this during registration.
Do I need certain prior knowledge for training?
Yes, per training it is indicated what the required prior knowledge is to be able to participate.
Do I receive textbooks or other training material at the training?
Yes, Info Support aims for digital course material.
Is there a minimum participation for a training to get started?
There may be a different minimum participation per training, depending on the nature of the training (think of group interaction). There is no minimum number for our Open Learning Center training courses.
I am traveling by train to Station Veenendaal - De Klomp, how is transportation arranged to the location at Kruisboog 42 in Veenendaal?
If you follow a training at our location at Kruisboog 42 in Veenendaal, and are traveling by public transportation, you can make use of our free taxi service.
Do your rates include or exclude VAT?
Our rates exclude 21% VAT.
Can I follow a training in English?
Yes, several select training courses are available in English.
