Description

AI agents promise efficiency and automation — but which processes are actually suitable, and how do you design an agent that is safe, cost-effective, and aligned with your goals?

This workshop guides mixed teams (business, IT, and management) through a structured three-canvas methodology — the AI-Agent Implementation Toolkit — to decide whether an agent makes sense for a given process, and if so, to design it concretely.

The workshop is structured around three canvases:

  1. Score Card: Five "killer questions" to quickly determine whether a process has enough volume, pain, improvement potential, data readiness, and business value to justify an AI agent.
  2. Agent Vacancy: Write a job posting for your AI agent — defining its responsibilities, required integrations, permissions, boundaries, escalation rules, and monthly "salary" (cost).
  3. Process Impact Map: Visualize the current process step by step, map where the agent takes over, and calculate the impact on throughput time, human effort, and your primary KPI.

Each canvas ends with a structured decision: GO, EXPLORE, or NO-GO — including a concrete ROI calculation and payback period.

The workshop deliberately starts with pen, paper, and post-its to keep the focus on thinking and discussion before any tool is opened. At the end, participants optionally build a first version of their agent using Microsoft 365 Copilot or a similar platform.

After this workshop, participants can independently run the AI-Agent Implementation Toolkit for any process in their organization, make a sound go/no-go decision, and communicate the design clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
