Description
Professional Scrum Product Owner is a 2-day course that provides the basic knowledge needed to work with Scrum. Students will develop and solidify their knowledge of being a Product Owner through instruction and exercises. The responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear. Metrics are identified to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the business. The subjects covered in this training will help you to do a PSPO I and PSPO II assessment.
