The Info Support Way of Working training is designed for starters and (junior) consultants who are about to begin their first projects at Info Support. The training provides a solid foundation to contribute professionally, confidently, and effectively within project teams at our clients.

Participants gain insight into how Info Support works, what is expected of them in a project context, and how they can create impact as both a consultant and a team member. The training combines vision, practical guidance, and interactive exercises to support a strong start in client projects.

Prior Knowledge

No specific technical or methodological prior knowledge is required.
The training is suitable for new Info Support colleagues and consultants who are starting their first project and want to better understand the Info Support way of working.

Subjects

During the training, the following subjects are covered:

The role of the consultant and team member

How to represent Info Support, what is expected of you in a project team, and how to position yourself as a junior consultant. Topics include ownership, communication, dealing with uncertainty, and developing yourself as a T-shaped professional.

Collaboration in teams

Principles of effective teamwork, including agile and DevOps ways of working, feedback loops, team dynamics, and psychological safety. Attention is given to working effectively in both on-site and hybrid/remote teams.

Project approaches at Info Support

An overview of the different project approaches and archetypes used at Info Support. You will learn how projects are structured and governed, and how choices are made based on context, risks, quality, and customer value.

Preparation and support within Info Support

Practical preparation for your first project day, including intake conversations with clients and teams. You will also learn where and how to find support, knowledge, and guidance within Info Support, such as colleagues, communities, chapters, and internal knowledge platforms.
