Description
The Professional Scrum Master training is a 2-day training that covers the principles and process theory , rules and roles of the Scrum framework. Ways of work for servant-leadership are provided to increase a Scrum Master’s effectiveness. It will cover behavioral shifts, working with people and teams, coaching and facilitation techniques, and addressing the organization. The subjects covered in this training will help you to do a PSM I or PSM II assessment.
