course
Agile-Project Start-up
Provide your agile project with a quick start (team training)
Description
This start-up day has the purpose of giving a new project a warm start and forge the team members into a good team.
A good team… … can communicate … has trust … complements each other … knows what is has to do … knows how to do it … can improve itself
A successful project starts with… … a clear goal in mind … proper work arrangements … clearly assigned responsibilities … a suitable project method
We achieve this in a number of modalities specifically chosen for the team and the project. In the morning, we cover communication and teambuilding. In the afternoon, we address the project and make work arrangements.
Not all project questions will be answered on this day. Apart from answers to the most important questions, a backlog of relevant open questions will result from this day.
Preceding the Agile-Project Start-up there will be held a scan and an intake to get a clear view of the situation and together align the day to the project. After approximately a month, there will be an evaluation. The traject as a whole will look like:
- Scan: quick inventory of the situation and the question
- Intake: preparation meetings to align the Agile-Project Start-up day to the project
- Execution: execution of the Agile-Project Start-up day
- Evaluation: evaluation of the effect of the Agile-Project Start-up day, the present situation and the possible next steps the team can take
The Agile-Project Start-up day is executed preferably on the project location. It can be executed for more than one team or project at the same time.
