Marco Pil

I am Marco Pil and I live in Arnhem.

Teaching is my passion. I have been doing it since 1992, both as a hobby and professionally. I really enjoy making complex things understandable, and not only imparting knowledge, but also skills and insights to people.

For me, teaching is not so much about transmitting information – that can be done in other ways nowadays – but rather about working together to ensure that knowledge and skills stick and can be actively applied.

Since 2002, I have been working as a trainer/consultant at Info Support. I provide technical training on C#, .NET, Javascript, and Scala. Additionally, I deliver “Way of Working” training on Scrum, Story Mapping, and writing specifications.

Lastly, I also provide architecture training on microservices, event-driven architectures, and Domain-driven Design. The Knowledge center is part of the large Info Support.

This means that we can also participate in large projects and collaborate with our colleagues in the field.

In my free time, I enjoy playing complex board games.
