Bram Janssens
Trainer/consultant
My name is Bram Janssens, married and father of two sons. The four of us live in Leusden, near Amersfoort. I originally come from the Achterhoek.
I studied computer science at the University of Twente. After that, I was able to follow a one-year university teacher training program to become a mathematics teacher. Throughout my career, I have always alternated between teaching and software engineering, but at the core, I consider myself a teacher. I enjoy helping others, explaining things to them, and making a difference for them. I am open to helping with any subject matter, but my expertise lies in Java due to my extensive experience with it. I am also very enthusiastic about Kotlin. My motto is: “actually, it’s quite simple!”
In my free time, I enjoy playing softball and I am a referee at a national level for the baseball association.
