course
Develop AI cloud solutions on Azure (AI-200)
Design, build, and operate AI-driven cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure

Description
As a developer you will learn how to create, monitor, and troubleshoot AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, with an emphasis on back-end services and components. You will learn how to implement containerized compute and orchestration patterns to host applications by using Azure Container Registry, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, and Azure Kubernetes Service. You will also learn how to develop AI solutions with Azure data management services, including Azure Cosmos DB for NoSQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Azure Managed Redis, and how to store embeddings and run vector similarity search for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) scenarios.
You will learn how to connect and integrate services by using event-driven and message-based architectures with Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid, and how to build serverless AI backends with Azure Functions. The course also covers securing your solutions with Azure Key Vault and Azure App Configuration, and monitoring and troubleshooting your solutions by using OpenTelemetry and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
Audience profile
As a student in this course, you are a developer who wants to build backend and AI-driven applications on Azure, or you are interested in passing the Microsoft Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate certification exam AI-200.
Learning Goals
