Description
The kick-off marks the start of the program and sets the professional context in which the solution architect operates. Participants are introduced to the structure of the program, the way of working, and the central case that serves as a continuous thread throughout the entire curriculum.
The emphasis is on making expectations explicit, establishing a professional attitude, and taking ownership of the learning process. From the start, it becomes clear that architectural challenges primarily arise from organizational and contextual change, not from technology alone.
