Description
The course Dimensional Modeling, based on Ralph Kimball's ideas and guidelines, provides you with the skills necessary to effectively apply dimensional modeling techniques for Business Intelligence solutions.
You learn to design dimension and fact tables and to track history in order to meet the reporting, analysis, flexibility and performance requirements of the Business Intelligence environment.
Prior Knowledge
Knowledge of relational modeling, design techniques (ERD) and knowledge of normalization steps.
