Newsletter and subscriber base
With our Knowledge Center newsletter we inform interested parties about news in the field of IT training. We will only add your e-mail address to our list of subscribers if you give permission for this. Every newsletter contains a link through which you can unsubscribe.

Social media
Info Support uses social media to keep you informed about the latest trends and developments in our services. You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. There are no conditions from Info Support attached to the use of social media. You agree to the terms of the social media platform. If you ask us a question or contact us via social media, we will respond via the same social media.

Info Support uses advertising opportunities from social media platforms. We show you the ads based on information that the platform in question collects with your permission. Info Support has no influence on what information the social media platforms collect from you.

Camera security
All our training locations are with equipped with conspicuous and unobtrusive cameras, inside as well as outside in the parking lot. The cameras operate 24/7. This is important for your safety, as well as our colleagues’ and property.

The camera images (only images, no sound) are not actively monitored. Only in the event of a (suspected) incident, such as theft or damage to property, images will be reviewed by authorized employees. Camera images are deleted after four weeks, unless an incident has been recorded and there are legal reasons to keep the images for a longer period, for example for a police investigation. In that case, the camera images are saved until the incident has been resolved.

WiFi network at our locations
During a visit to one of our training locations, you can make use of our free WiFi. As soon as you are logged in to our WiFi-network, data is automatically collected, such as the identification number (MAC-address) of your device. This data will be deleted after one year and will only be used by Info Support to prevent possible misuse. Should illegal activities take place from our WiFi-network, we can block access for the device you use on our network for the future.

Controller
Info Support Knowledge Center is a department of Info Support B.V. The latter is therefore the formal controller for the personal data that we process for you as the data subject for (training) purposes.

Privacy Service Point
We have a special Privacy Service Point where you can go with questions about your privacy or go if you want to make use of your privacy rights. For example, if you want to know what personal data we have about you, we will provide information about that or, if you wish, also provide access to it. If certain information is incorrect, and you can’t change this yourself, we will correct this for you. You can also request to delete or transfer your data. You can also object to or limit processing. Should you wish to withdraw your previous consent, that is also possible. Please visit our Service Point for these kinds of questions of requests. Please note that some rights are always in place, but that others can depend on a specific situation. This means that in certain cases, we cannot, or even may not grant your question or request.

Data Protection Officer
We do not take our responsibility lightly. For example, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who advises us on this and ensures that we comply with privacy laws and regulations. Our DPO is included in the register of Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority). Have we overlooked something, do you have a suggestion, or do you disagree with how we treat you? Let our DPO know. If, despite everything, you are dissatisfied and believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of privacy laws and regulations, you can submit a complaint about this on the website of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
