Description

Not all organizations and projects are the same.

Teams should be fully aware of contract agreements and expected business benefits, as they can have a big impact on necessary team capabilities.

On completion of the training you will have learned to analyze a project situation and determine appropriate practices for their team, thus preventing under performing AND over performing.

You will be able to map expected business benefits to necessary team capabilities, understand agile contracts and identify matching practices for the desired release frequency.

You will have an overview of relevant practices and identify the ones where you want to learn more.

The interactive training is facilitated by experienced senior consultants with strong practical and theoretical backgrounds.
