Description
Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) has become the business process modeling standaard.
BPMN enables you to understand the internal procedures and participants of your organisation better, helps you to gain insight into business transactions with other organisations, and provides you with a standardised communication method.
In this training we discuss the complete BPMN syntax and how create clear, complete, correct and consistent business process models.
You will design BPMN 2.0 diagrams with any of these tools: Bizagi Studio or Camunda Modeler or Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect
After this training you'll be able to meet the ever increasing business process modeling demands, and to design clear and correct business models with BPNM 2.0.
Prior Knowledge
General knowledge of business processes, XML and XSD.
