Op Azure Machine Learning ontwikkel je machine learning oplossingen door jouw eigen code te schrijven, gebruik te maken van de low-code environment of zelfs door AutoML al het werk te laten doen.
Bij het ontwikkelen van jouw modellen zul je ook zorgen voor een goede registratie en versionering van het proces. Vervolgens kun je dit proces herhaalbaar maken door het vast te leggen in een pipeline, die je op basis van verschillende voorwaarden automatisch kunt uitvoeren.
Ook leer je hoe je de Azure Machine Learning Service inzet om jouw model uitlegbaar (explainable) te maken en hoe je veranderingen in de input (data drift) automatisch kunt laten herkennen zodat jouw model nooit achter de feiten aan loopt.
En natuurlijk kun je na deze training jouw model ook in een paar klikken uitrollen en beschikbaar stellen.
In feite leer je dus hoe Azure Machine Learning je in staat stelt MLOps in te zetten.
Deze training geldt ook als voorbereiding voor het gelijknamige examen (DP-100) en de bijbehorende certificering Azure Data Scientist Associate.

Module 1: Getting Started with Azure Machine Learning
In this module, you will learn how to provision an Azure Machine Learning workspace and use it to manage machine learning assets such as data, compute, model training code, logged metrics, and trained models. You will learn how to use the web-based Azure Machine Learning studio interface as well as the Azure Machine Learning SDK and developer tools like Visual Studio Code and Jupyter Notebooks to work with the assets in your workspace.

Module 5: Working with Compute
One of the key benefits of the cloud is the ability to leverage compute resources on demand, and use them to scale machine learning processes to an extent that would be infeasible on your own hardware. In this module, you'll learn how to manage experiment environments that ensure consistent runtime consistency for experiments, and how to create and use compute targets for experiment runs.

Module 6: Orchestrating Operations with Pipelines
