With the classroom training below, which also includes a test exam, the participant is optimally prepared for the ITIL Foundation exam in IT Service Management of APMG.

The exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions and lasts 1 hour. This certificate gives you 2 APMG credit points in ITIL certification.
